He is also known for his television work and appeared in the series Raja Rani. Sanjeev starred alongside Alya Manasa in the 2018 television mini-series Raja Rani.
He studied at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College in Coimbatore, India. Sanjeev then went on to make his acting debut in the 2009 film Kulir 100. He then went on to earn further recognition with an appearance in the 2010 film Neeyum Naanum.
