Leigh Harline was born in Utah on March 26, 1907. Academy Award winner who wrote music for early Disney films “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” from 1937 and “Pinocchio” from 1940. He wrote the music for “Road to Utopia” from 1945, starring Bob Hope and Bing Crosby. He was hired to perform the music in 1931 for the first transcontinental radio broadcast to come from the West Coast.
