Stefanie Sherk’s husband, Demian Bichir took his Instagram account to praise his talented wife after her sad passing. Not specifying the actual cause of death, the American-Mexican actor wrote,

Stefanie Sherk was born on 9 January 1982 in Canada. The 5 feet and 5 inches (1.65 m) tall actress was a graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City. She later graduated from The University of Western Ontario with a BA (Hons) in History.

Stefanie began dating her future-husband, Demian Bichir in 2010 and later shared the wedding vows with him in 2011. Before her tragic death, she co-parented her step-daughter, Gala (born in 2011).

The late actress acting career saw her feature as a writer and actress in CSI: Cyber (2015) and Telenovela (2015). She also shared the screen with her fiancé in 2016 drama-romance Un Cuento de Circi & A Love Song.
